Following an initial  assessment Tony Kosoko  will develop a bespoke Strength and Conditioning programme aimed at addressing your current injury/complaint.

Shorts and long term goals are agreed at the outset.

Sessions are one hour in duration and take place at Westway Sport Club 5 minutes from the Practice.
